YG Group has been steadily established by its founder Mr Shaun Shan in Adelaide since 2014, progressively growing into a suite of vertically integrated companies across the whole supply chain of iron ore sector, that can equip itself with significant iron ore resources in South Australia (particularly magnetite), focusing on rail and land transport logistics channels and port infrastructure assets and services, and oriented towards a leading group in iron ore sector in South Australia.

With more than 9 years of development (find out more on YG Group’s Historical Milestones), YG Group has gradually become a group with the following major businesses:

• two producing mine sites, with a current annual DSO iron ore production capacity of 3.1 million tons per year;
• another two upcoming DSO projects, close to submitting the Mining Lease applications;
• two major JORC standard exploration projects with significant magnetite resources;
• development of a brownfield export facility capable of satisfying all YG Group  export demands;
• owning, operating and maintaining full suite of mining and processing equipment;
• employing over 300 staff and contractors.
